Group Therapy
Experience Real Connection and Growth

Group therapy can be life-changing. It’s a unique space to connect with others who are also committed to learning more about themselves and building healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

In group, you have the opportunity to practice being your whole self—sharing your thoughts and feelings honestly, taking risks, and experiencing what it’s like to be met with understanding and respect.

Groups often become a powerful support system. You’ll learn to work through conflict in a constructive way, explore patterns that keep you stuck, and discover new ways to relate to others and yourself.

Who is a good fit for group therapy?

Group therapy is a great next step if you’ve spent time in individual therapy and are ready to take your growth further.

You might be a good fit if you:

  • Want to practice new ways of relating in real time

  • Feel stuck in patterns of conflict, distance, or people-pleasing

  • Long for deeper connection but find it hard to trust or open up

  • Are high-achieving or sensitive and struggle to show your true self to others

  • Are navigating major life transitions and want community support

Group offers a safe, growth-oriented environment where you can experiment, receive honest feedback, and build more confidence in who you are.
